Job summary

LUV Car Wash, a growing multi-state car wash brand, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Homestead location in Florida. You will safely direct guests and vehicles onto the conveyor, discuss membership options with customers, and oversee opening/closing, daily duties, and a clean, safe environment for all guests.

The role requires comfort working outdoors in all weather, a professional appearance, and a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and explain membership options.
• Open and close operations and supervise daily duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
• Assist customers at self-service kiosks and promote memberships.
• Oversee cleaning of tunnel and equipment and ensure policy compliance.

General Summary of Duties

The Shift Supervisor will safely direct guests and vehicles onto the car wash conveyor and discuss the membership options with all customers of LUV Car Wash. The Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for opening/closing procedures, supervising daily duties at LUV Car Wash, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all LUV customers.

Physical Demands

• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Must be able to lift min 30 pounds.
• Work in changing environments
• Stand full shift.
• Must have basic knowledge of the features of cars.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Assisting customers at the self-service kiosks on property.
• Market and brand the LUV membership options.
• Open / Close operations daily.
• Cleaning the tunnel and equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Understand and follow LUV policies and procedures.

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
