Saucy! by KFC in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Vibe Captain to lead a high-energy shift, keep service fast and friendly, and drive guest experiences that make guests want to return.

You will train and coach crew, help with hiring and scheduling, monitor food safety and costs, and embody a positive, inclusive culture that motivates the team every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience with leadership exposure preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities
