• Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and in good working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Demonstrate professional and ethical leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for employees.
