Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and communication with customers/co-workers over the phone and in person.
• Delivery tasks require safe driving, navigation, and ability to handle products at delivery sites.
• Basic arithmetic to make correct monetary change (may use a calculator).
• On-the-job training includes customer service orientation and hands-on practice.
• All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Operate equipment and facilities, stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area and walk-in cooler, and prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders, count inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility.
• Deliver orders safely, navigate roads/maps, and manage delivery site stairs or terrain as needed.
