Toppers Pizza in Green Bay, WI is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Insider) to join a fun team focused on great food and memorable experiences. You will take orders in person and by phone, prepare ingredients, stock stations, and keep the store clean.

This part-time or full-time role offers flexible scheduling, direct deposit, paid training, meal discounts, and opportunities for rapid advancement in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to take orders in person and over the phone.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative (Insider) requirements

• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep for the day and night by making dough and pizza sauce and cutting our fresh veggie toppings (which are all important pieces as to why we deliver on our promise of serving only high‑quality food)
• Stock ingredients in the various work stations including the walk‑in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store
