Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor in Marysville, OH for a second shift (4:00pm-1:30am), Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. Local travel to customer facilities is required as you lead teams of Quality Inspectors to ensure products meet quality standards and safety requirements.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing leadership experience and enjoy problem solving, teamwork, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
