Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Ensures HACCP plans are current, relevant, and executed effectively to prevent unsafe conditions and adulteration of product.
• Audits facility quality and production processes; identifies gaps and collaborates to address them.
• Ensures employees follow safe practices and participate in CARE processes for safety.
• Ensures proper training to operate equipment, maintain records, and communicate timely.
• Maintains finished product quality, food safety, and sanitation to meet specs.
• Allocates shift tasks for maximum efficiency and supports process/productivity improvements.
• Leads cross-functional teams on problem solving and supports management on production monitoring.
• Coaches and develops employees, enforcing policies and facilitating career growth.
