Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting targets and helping departments meet goals.
