Job summary

McDonald's Massachusetts is seeking an Experienced Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring fast, friendly service while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will supervise Crew and other Shift Managers, monitor safety, inventory, and profitability, and drive shift targets with strong people leadership.

Responsibilities
