Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant, run your own shifts as the manager in charge, and help ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership.

You will be trained on all restaurant aspects, including cooking and cleaning, with opportunities for growth, weekly bonuses and tips, and a fun, energetic work environment where teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma, some post-high school education a plus.
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity.

Responsibilities

• Run your own shifts as the manager in charge.
• Lead restaurant operations and guest satisfaction during shifts.
• Train team members on all aspects of the restaurant.
• Ensure cleanliness and smooth service during peak hours.
