Job summary

Wendy's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to guide a fast‑paced crew, deliver friendly, high‑quality service, and drive daily restaurant operations with a positive, team‑oriented approach.

You will develop and coach team members, uphold food safety standards, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with leadership to meet sales and guest‑experience goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• SERV Safe certification is a plus or must be obtained by end of training.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
