Freihage Organization is seeking a Shift Manager for its McDonald’s operations in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. You will lead restaurant operations, build and coach a team, hit sales and guest-count targets, manage labor and food costs, and ensure training is completed.

Prior management experience is required; we’ll also train capable crew members aiming for a managerial role. Eligible for tuition assistance, benefits, and advancement opportunities.
