Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions—shift runners and assistant managers. As a member of our management team, you supervise all activities on your shift, control costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations, and set the example by following all policies.

We promote from within and offer performance-based bonuses to Lead Assistant Managers. This role offers growth toward General Manager as you learn the skills to run a store, lead a team, and deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
• Set the example and ensure policy and procedures are followed 100% of the time by your crew
