Job summary

Wendy's in College Station, TX is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and model outstanding customer service. You will guide day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

As a leader, you’ll train staff, enforce brand standards and food safety, manage schedules, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive work environment. You will stand and move during shifts and ensure a safe, clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
