Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager in Massachusetts to lead a team, ensure daily store operations, and deliver warm, welcoming service to every customer. You will coach partners, manage schedules, and uphold Starbucks standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

With mentorship and training, you’ll develop leadership skills, drive guest satisfaction, and help the store run smoothly while contributing to our community presence and people-focused culture.

• One year retail / customer service management experience, two years preferred OR 4+ years of US Military service
