Responsibilities

• Lead and manage approximately 60 manufacturing operations personnel.
• Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPI) each shift.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff members to improve performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment with a focus on zero incidents.
• Generate hourly, daily, and weekly reports on FAB conditions.
