Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for our Seattle stadium pub location. You will lead a diverse team of hourly staff, focusing on service excellence, scheduling, and operational flow to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee labor costs, inventory, and beverage quality while mentoring your team and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a passion for craft beer.

Qualifications

SALARY: $82,500 - $85,000, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at our stadium location. This role requires a dynamic individual who can assist in daily operations with a strong emphasis on service excellence and operational flow. The ideal candidate will have a guest-first approach, demonstrate accountability, and excel in staff development and mentoring.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Lead the Charge: Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 5–35 hourly employees per shift. You’ll be responsible for scheduling and leading high-impact pre-shift huddles.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage labor percentages and COGS. You’ll handle inventory, ordering, and forecasting to ensure the pub is always prepared for the next wave.

  • Maintain the Quality: While you don’t need to be a Master Cicerone, you’ll oversee beverage quality. Basic draft system knowledge (keg swaps, gas ratios, troubleshooting) is a major plus.

  • Be the Face of Hospitality: Act as a kind, patient, and professional presence for our guests and a supportive mentor for our team.

  • Be a Noticer: You take immense pride in your workspace and understand that the little things create the guest experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Culture Driver: You are a people person who knows how to keep shifts fun and staff engaged. You bring the energy that makes people want to come to work.

  • Hospitality Heart: You look forward to being on the floor, shaking hands, and going above and beyond to welcome our guests.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of management experience in F&B.

  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of ordering and labor costs.

  • Nice-to-Have: A genuine love for craft beer and technical familiarity with draft systems.
