Popeyes in Illinois is seeking a Shift Manager who will oversee daily restaurant operations and guide the team to deliver the high‑quality food and service our guests expect.

You will lead by example, coach team members, manage scheduling and shift coverage, and ensure a clean, safe environment while maintaining strong cash handling and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
