Popeyes is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold the high standards of guest service and food quality our guests expect.

You will lead by example, drive team development, and maintain a safe, clean environment while managing scheduling and cash handling with accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
