Popeyes in Illinois is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top-notch guest service and food quality.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and supervision in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours. You’ll motivate, train, and develop staff, maintain a clean and safe restaurant, and contribute to a positive, inclusive Popeyes culture.

Qualifications

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
