Job summary

Popeyes is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure top-notch service and food quality. You will manage cash, inventory, and scheduling while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will lead by example, foster a positive work culture, and drive high performance through effective communication and hands-on support during shifts.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
