Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and support team members, and ensure top-notch service and food quality during each shift.

You will lead by example, maintain a clean and safe environment, manage cash and inventory, and help with scheduling to ensure proper coverage. Strong leadership and flexible hours are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
