Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure high-quality service and food. You will lead by example, maintain a clean, safe environment, and manage deposits and inventory as part of a fast-paced team.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to a positive dining experience for guests and growth opportunities within the Popeyes family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
