Job summary

Domino's Avon Park, FL is hiring a full-time, hands-on assistant manager. This role leads toward the GM position and franchise ownership; fast-food management experience is preferred.

You must be at least 18, have a Florida driver's license, and a reliable insured vehicle. You will supervise shifts, oversee store operations, assist walk-in customers, operate the cash register, prepare products quickly and accurately, and keep the restaurant clean and groomed to Domino's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3–30 staff).
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get staff in the right place and time.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Team during your shift.
• Responsible for all store ops.
• Assist walk-in customers.
• Operate the cash register.
• Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Uphold Domino’s Grooming Standards and professional appearance.
