KBP Brands, operator of KBP Foods KFC franchise, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service at a busy location.

You will uphold operational excellence and contribute to KFC’s renowned legacy, while developing through opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service during shifts.
• Uphold operational standards and safety protocols across the restaurant.
• Help train and onboard team members to ensure consistent performance.
