Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will open/close the restaurant, supervise crew, manage cash handling, and ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and prior restaurant or customer service experience. Onboarding is done through Workday; ServSafe certification by training end is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
• Available for full time and close/ shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification by end of training.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers at open and verifying cash at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness to open/close or rush situations.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Oversee shift tasks to meet quality, production, and service standards with a safe environment.
• Assist in scheduling to ensure proper coverage and customer service levels.
• Address VOC issues and resolve customer concerns as needed.
• Onboard new hires in Workday.

Position OverviewThe Shift Manager position is the first management level role in the restaurant. This position is responsible for the opening and closing duties and assisting in the execution of daily operations. Responsible for overall restaurant effectiveness, quality and customer service.
