As a Shift Manager, you’ll coach staff, manage inventory and daily maintenance, and support safety and profitability targets. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits through a franchisee-operated restaurant.

Formación

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage our owner-operated restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead weekly shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Coach and develop crew and other managers; communicate handoffs to the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shift goals and support department objectives.
