Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! California Pay Disclosure: The rate of pay is the applicable minimum wage rate plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour depending upon experience and longevity with the employer.
