• Oversee cash register setup and smooth shift transitions.
• Supervise and direct team members and maintain customer service focus.
• Train new and existing team members in stations and procedures when requested.
• Complete shift management administrative tasks and reports.
• Post sales readings and conduct shift awareness walk-throughs.
• Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and customers.
• Train and develop Team Members.
