Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Crew Members during assigned shifts.
• Plan and organize each shift.
• Assign positions and responsibilities to Crew Members.
• Monitor performance throughout the shift.
• Coach employees and provide direction as needed.
• Ensure quality food production and accurate service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support safety and security procedures.
• Monitor shift performance and restaurant results.
• Assist with inventory and restaurant systems.
• Support training and employee development.
• Communicate important information to other Managers.
• Prepare the restaurant and team for a successful shift transition.
