Job summary

Panera Bread in Hickory, NC is seeking a Shift Manager/opening shift lead to greet guests, supervise team members, and uphold health and food safety standards to ensure a smooth, welcoming cafe experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years prior management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work 20-40 hours a week
• Holidays and weekends are required

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet our guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance

• Serve as a role model and lead the team
• Enforce policies and procedures, lead by example and communicate expectations to associates
• Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
