Job summary

Panera Bread Bluffton DT is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Bluffton bakery-café. You will supervise a team, ensure outstanding guest service, and model Panera’s standards for warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

This role includes opening/closing shifts, training peers, and upholding health and food safety practices. Flexible scheduling with full- or part-time options is available; some holidays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.
• Some holidays & weekends are required.
