Job summary

Panera Bread Bainbridge is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our bakery-café. You will greet guests, uphold service standards, and guide team members across opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 15–40 hours a week.
