Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Virginia to lead a shift and manage a team of 3–30 staff members. You’ll supervise store operations, greet customers, handle orders and payments, and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during a shift.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile and courtesy.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portions.
• Deliver product safely from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
