Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift and motivating staff.
• Clean driving record and able to pass a vehicle check.
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, and safe driving history.
• Be a role model with punctuality, attitude, and appearance.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and adjust schedule as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the shift.
• Responsible for all store operations and customer relations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including over the phone.
• Operate cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare products with accuracy per recipes and portions.
• Deliver products by vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness from front to back of the store.
• Uphold grooming standards and professional appearance.
