Job summary

AES Restaurants in Helena, Montana is looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and ensure outstanding service during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Your responsibilities will include providing training and coaching to team members, managing cash and inventory controls, and meeting restaurant goals related to guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
