AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager in Dickinson, North Dakota to oversee restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction during shifts.

You will lead team members, implement controls, and drive performance in areas such as customer service and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to high standards of integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
