Job summary

Kory Family McDonald's Restaurant in Illinois is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, oversee crew, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will manage tasks, monitor safety and profitability, and help prepare the next shift to run a great operation.

Starting wages up to $16.50/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including tuition assistance up to $3,000 yearly. Previous leadership experience is preferred; you must be 18+ and flexible.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
• Flexible schedule and positive team players who like to have fun.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance and safety, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
