Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to deliver fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take corrective action to reach McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next shift manager.
• Help departments meet their targets and communicate expectations.
• Track and meet shift targets and department goals.
