McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll engage in shift planning, monitor performance, safety, and quality, and work to meet targets while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
Positive, energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers.
Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and quality standards.
Plan each shift and monitor performance and safety.
Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety across the shift.
Communicate with next Shift Manager to hand off duties.
