• Lead shifts weekly, supervising crew and other managers to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards.
• Meet targets, manage safety, security and profitability, and hand off to the next Shift Manager.
• Schedule and train staff to maintain efficient operations.
