Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards at all times.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance and ensure safe operations.
• Communicate handoffs to the next Shift Manager for smooth continuity.
• Assist in meeting targets for departments and overall profitability.
• Oversee food safety, inventory and daily maintenance.
• Manage scheduling and staff development, including training.
