Job summary

KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands and franchisor of KFC, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front-line staff, coordinate operational tasks, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards across shifts.

As a key leader, you’ll train and motivate team members, drive efficiency, and support career progression toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles within the KBP network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for whole shifts.
