Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 15–40 hours a week, including some holidays & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests, delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance.
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain Panera standards of warmth and hospitality.
• Enforce policies and procedures, communicate expectations to associates.
• Run opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure smooth operation.
• Participate in training of new team members and uphold health and food safety.
