Wendy’s is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead our Wendy’s family. You will build a cohesive team, drive profitability, and deliver superior service in a fast-paced environment.

As a leader and role model, you set the tone for our fun, family atmosphere. You will mentor teammates, promote proper procedures, ensure food safety, and demonstrate flexibility with schedules and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible work availability is required.
• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Must have reliable transportation for training and travel.
