McDonald’s in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to quality, service and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include planning each shift, communicating with the next shift, managing crew, inventory, food safety, and safety and security while meeting targets and maintaining excellent customer experience. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards in quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and help prepare the next shift to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help the Departments meet their goals.
