Wendy's in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead the team to deliver excellent service and strong results. You will set the tone for a friendly, family-like environment while promoting growth and career advancement.

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.

• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers and keep a clean restaurant you’re proud of.
• Secure reliable transportation for training and occasional travel to other locations.
