As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team, ensuring duties are completed, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and grounds maintenance
