Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to support operations at our Bellevue, WA locations. The role focuses on supervising team members, training and coaching to uphold service standards, and ensuring smooth valet operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with property management, respond to guest needs, and help plan events while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. A flexible schedule and a focus on exceptional guest experiences are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing team members, including hiring, training, coaching and counseling to meet performance standards.
• Plan and direct special event activities and coordinate with other managers.
• Respond to and resolve guest or visitor complaints and service discrepancies.
• Maintain constant communication with property management, site manager, customers and guests.
• Keep Site Manager informed of concerns and resolve issues in their absence.
• Direct valet operations to ensure a smoothly running operation.
• Assist with employee schedules, timecard approval and payroll.

About the Position:

• Assisting in the management of team members including, being an integral part of the hiring, training, coaching and counseling processes, to ensure that performance standards are met.
• Assisting in the planning and directing of special event activities, as well as coordinating with other managers and directors as required.
• Responding to and resolving any guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims and service discrepancies.
• Maintaining constant communication with property management, site manager, customers, and guests.
• Keeping Site Manager abreast of any management concerns in a timely and efficient manner and resolving issues as quickly as possible in their absence.
• Directing valet operations ensuring a smoothly running operation.
• Assisting with employee schedules, timecard approval and payroll.

About YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Must possess supervisory experience.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
