Qualifications

• Experience as a shift manager or in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead Crew and other managers during shifts.
• Strong commitment to food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
